Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on the following Monday. If Monday falls on a holiday, your order will ship the next available day. During major holidays, please allow additional processing time.

  • Flat rate shipping: $8.00
  • Free Shipping on all orders over $150

Carriers & Delivery Timeframes We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery time is typically within 1-2 weeks depending on your location and mode of transit. Please allow for slower transit times during the holiday seasons, particularly around Christmas.

Local Pickup Local pickup is available. You will be notified when your order is ready.

International Shipping We do not ship outside the United States.

Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of both the shipping box and the arrangement. We take great care in packaging our handcrafted pieces, but damage can occasionally occur in transit. If your package is damaged in transit, please file a claim directly with the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). We recommend keeping your tracking number handy for this process.
