Return and Refund Policy

At SolaEverAfter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an arrangement that has been damaged during shipping, contact us immediately. We require pictures of the damaged box, as well as the damaged arrangement. It is your responsibility to file a claim with the post office.

Return Instructions:

• Ensure the item is in its original condition with all tags attached.
• Fill out the return form included with your order.
• Ship the item back to us within 7 days of delivery.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is issued.

Note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made an error with your order.
